「Leo Sophia Group（レオソフィアグループ）」の本社オフィスの内装計画。事業部ごとに分散していた複数の事業所を、本社オフィスとして一カ所に集約することを目的としたプロジェクト。計画地は、目黒駅からほど近い場所にある19階建てオフィスビルの一画、約590坪の区画となった。 　社員の思考の幅を拡張し、クリエイティブなアイデアや社員同士のつながりを生み出す開放的な設計と、グループや個人での多種多様な過ごし方をかなえる、分立された設計の両立が求められた。社員が集うことで、Leo Sophia Groupならではの文化が醸成されていく空間を目指した。 　敷地に入るとまず目に飛び込んでくるのは、湾曲した大きな開口部。そこからすぐに、コンセプト「SAIL（帆・航海）」が浮かんだ。エントランスは完全に部屋の角を排除し、真っ白な空間に柔らかな光を満たすことで、社員を含む来訪者が呼吸を整える場所となっている。エントランスを抜けると、この敷地の特徴である大きな水平連続窓が姿を現す。オフィスを横断するように配されたこの窓に対し、高さの異なる壁を意図的に配置することで、緩やかに空間を仕切り、視線のズレや多様な用途を生み出した。 　また、サーカディアン照明を採用し、窓から差し込む光や時間帯、用途に合わせて照明の色温度を変えることで、社員や来訪者が変化を楽しめる環境を構築。高さの違いで奥行きを感じる壁や、変化する照明、マテリアルやカラーテーマ、それら全てのエレメントにより、コンセプトである「SAIL」を体現した。 　執務スペースは、急速な事業成長に伴う人員増加を見据え、機能的かつ事業部間の連携が取りやすいシンプルなレイアウトとし、305席の席数を設けた。事業部間のシナジー強化やモメンタム創出を目的に、天井には36台のモニターを設置。会議室は広さの異なる14部屋を用意し、会社の重要な意思決定を支える場所となるよう、各部屋に船を構成する部位の名称を設定した。共用のリフレッシュエリアや仮眠室、ごろ寝スペースなど、現代のオフィスワークを支える多様なスペースを配し、オンとオフの切り替えや社員間のコミュニケーションが容易となる空間が完成した。

Interior design project for Leo Sophia Group head office. This project aims to consolidate multiple offices that had been dispersed by business departments into one place as a head office. The planned site is a section of a 19-story office building near Meguro Station, and is about 1950㎡ parcel. 　It was necessary to balance an open design that expands the creative ideas and direct connections between employees, and a separate design that allows for a wide variety of ways to spend time in groups and individuals. The concept of "Sail" was decided based on the characteristic horizontal continuous windows. Allowing visitors to regulate their breathing at the entrance, the corners of the room were eliminated and filled with pure white light. Passing through the entrance, characteristic horizontal windows appear. By intentionally arranging walls of different heights, the space was gently divided, creating a misalignment of the sight.　The Lighting changes the color temperature according to the time and the purpose and creates an environment where employees and visitors can enjoy the change. All these elements -the walls, the lights, materials and the color themes - embody the concept of "SAIL". To accommodate business growth, the office space was designed to allow 305 seats capacity. With the aim of strengthening synergies among departments, 36 monitors are installed on the ceiling. 14 meeting rooms of different sizes are named after ship components. A variety of spaces that support modern office work, such as a shared refresh area, a nap room, and a sleeping space, have been arranged, and a space that facilitates communication between employees actualized.
